Founder of MOOD by Moxie
Nervous System Regulation Educator & Facilitator

For much of my life, I thought growth meant becoming more confident, less afraid, and more like the person I believed I was supposed to be.

I spent years trying to fit in, be chosen, make other people happy, and figure out what was missing. I kept searching for the thing that would finally make me feel complete.

What I eventually learned was that I did not need to become someone new. I needed to understand the parts of me that had spent years trying to feel safe, accepted, and connected.

As I began noticing my patterns with more honesty and less judgment, I stopped trying so hard to be what everyone else wanted me to be. I started choosing myself.

MOOD grew from that journey—and from everything I wish someone had explained to me sooner.

I created MOOD as a place where people can better understand themselves, explore different ways of supporting their nervous systems, and discover what actually helps them feel more grounded, connected, and present in real life.

This work is not about becoming calm all the time or fixing everything that feels difficult. It is about building awareness, creating more choice, and learning to work with yourself instead of against yourself.‍

My approach

My training includes life coaching, meditation, yoga, personal training, health coaching, nutrition coaching, and Reiki. I bring those disciplines together to create experiences that are practical, educational, embodied, and deeply human.
